• Package includes a 3 ton welding positioner interfaced into the system That has been used not in the frame if required as a horizontal positioner or in the frame used as a tilting positioner
• Miller Maxstar 700 water cooled TIG GTAW welding power supply
• Miller Dynasty 210 AC/DC hot wire TIG power source or can be used as a standard.
• Lenze running software
• Column and Boom working range 2000mm x 3000mm on swivel base
• Can be seen on site working
• New CPU and had the software upgraded
• Lenz C3200 PLC/Motion controller,Lenze P300 10” touch screen
• Pre heat unit and selection of pads
• The rotator has its own control for rotation and tilt. The C3200 outputs signals to control rotation but not tilt which is controlled with its own independent pendant
• Flat welding, for cladding the surface of a disk or filling a ring groove with the table set horizontally. Cylinder welding, for cladding the surface of a cylinder with the table tilted vertically.
