To acknowledge our team that makes safety a daily priority,\u00a0\u00a0every few months we have an all-staff safety lunch and today was a beautiful day in Northern California to have a barbeque.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/mosauto-service.ru\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Jon-bbq.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-1560\" src=\"https:\/\/mosauto-service.ru\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Jon-bbq-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" data-id=\"1560\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Our Director of Manufacturing, Jon Valez with the assistance of Erin Whelan, an Applications Engineer, barbecued fresh from the ranch &#8211; an employee&#8217;s ranch &#8211; &#8220;gangus beef&#8221; hamburgers. \u00a0A gangus beef burger comes from a cow that&#8217;s a cross between a Galloway and an Angus.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/mosauto-service.ru\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Burger.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-1557\" src=\"https:\/\/mosauto-service.ru\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Burger-926x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"926\" height=\"1024\" data-id=\"1557\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s some hamburger!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/mosauto-service.ru\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Lunch-line.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-1563\" src=\"https:\/\/mosauto-service.ru\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Lunch-line-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" data-id=\"1563\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Our employees were eager to get in line for their fresh gangus burgers topped with sauteed peppers and onions, bacon, cheese, a fried egg, lettuce and tomato all prepared by the Blentech team.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/mosauto-service.ru\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Jon-talking-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-1561\" src=\"https:\/\/mosauto-service.ru\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Jon-talking-2-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" data-id=\"1561\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Jon spoke to our team about safety issues that included &#8220;Lock-Out, Tag-Out&#8221;. \u00a0He informed our team that pursuant to our safety policies, our current manufacturing and service team are all trained in Lock-Out, Tag-Out and as new employees come in, they are trained as well.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/mosauto-service.ru\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Jon-talking.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-1562\" src=\"https:\/\/mosauto-service.ru\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Jon-talking-1024x539.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"539\" data-id=\"1562\" \/><\/a>He also reminded the Blentech team that safety glasses are required at all times in the factory.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/mosauto-service.ru\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Adam-Safety-Winner.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-1556\" src=\"https:\/\/mosauto-service.ru\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Adam-Safety-Winner-625x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"625\" height=\"1024\" data-id=\"1556\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Each employee can enter their ideas for the next month&#8217;s safety slogan &#8211; this month&#8217;s winner was Adam Hammack, Lead Welder for &#8220;<em>Avoid the worst, put safety first.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Blentech then celebrated the retirement of our Accounts Payable professional, Rickie Troxell. \u00a0We wish Rickie all the best on her retirement!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/mosauto-service.ru\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Rickie.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-1565\" src=\"https:\/\/mosauto-service.ru\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Rickie-912x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"912\" height=\"1024\" data-id=\"1565\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Blentech and safety go hand-in-hand<\/strong>. \u00a0Our team takes pride in making this a daily priority.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/mosauto-service.ru\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Safety-and-pride-banner.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-1566\" src=\"https:\/\/mosauto-service.ru\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Safety-and-pride-banner-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" data-id=\"1566\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>To find out more about Blentech and our focus on safety, <a href=\"https:\/\/mosauto-service.ru\/contact-us\/\">contact us today.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Share Buttons generic via filter on the_content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; Safety is important at Blentech. \u00a0Today we celebrated many safety accomplishments and the one we are most proud of is reflected in the photo above &#8211; 1,319 days without a lost time accident!
