Most filling products include fragile inclusions such as beans, meats, vegetables or fruits that need to maintain their particle integrity. Blentech has extensive experience with cooking and vacuum cooling various types of fillings for products such as burritos, rolls, pastas, pies, spring rolls and empanadas.
